A beautiful well maintained 55+ and older Manufacturered home park located on the Spokane river. Managers on site 24 hours a day! They also have a very reasonable price for space rent!

Not that I've seen lately. They gare sold very quickly here. It's a great quiet park if you live here. I think the manage has a waiting list if you call the park office.
Yes they can. But must be accompanied by resident or an adult when outside the residence if they are young.
