I’ve eaten here on two occasions and although the food was good, I wasn’t impressed with the staff. When asking the waiter for a glass of iced water, he insisted on serving me water from the pitcher where you can obviously tell the ice had melted and the water was luke warm. I can’t speak for anyone else, but after finishing a serving of pancakes/waffles, only iced cold water can quench my thirst. The second time I went here the food was good, yet this time, the waiter was not very attentive. I had to wait a long time for him to present me with my bill. When I spoke with the young lady at the register regarding my concerns, it went in one ear and out the order. She didn’t apologize or seemed to be concerned. Needless to say, I will not patronize this establishment again! I’ll go elsewhere for breakfast, where customer service is better!
