Closed the account in my husband's name after he died. Was told by staff here they didn't need a death certificate or anything and that I wouldn't owe anything. Now (6 weeks later) I'm getting billed for the 3 weeks between his death (when the house was vacated) and when I was functional enough to return the equipment and close the account. Lovely that they penalize the grieving.

Have been an Xfinity customer for 25 years, would probably continue being their customer if I didn't move out of state, where they do not provide service. why the 1 star, after cancelling my membership and explaining to them that I was moving to Arizona, I agreed to turn my equipment into their Indiana store. Now it's been 2 months and I am receiving phone calls and emails saying that I owe for my equipment, or I need to turn it in. On the phone with Xfinity so-called customer service, which is not in contact with their OWN stores. They want a receipt ( which I may or may not have ) due to moving 1400 miles, unloading a moving truck and trying to get moved into my new house. Again this was 2 months ago. Why am I doing THEIR job for them.... they should be in contact with their own stores.... poor poor customer service to a 25 year customer

I will never go through Xfinity as long as I live.. You guys can't even get your bills right. First month you guys had me down to one tv box and one internet box. Which that is correct. Next month you guys all of a sudden charge me having 4 tv boxes and 2 internet boxes. I live in a two bedroom apartment. After numerous attempts to correct bill by phone I had to go to a Xfinity store to get it corrected. After 3rd month came around the bill was even higher saying I never turned in the 3 cable boxes and one internet box which I never had. Xfinity is corrupt and crooked.. Never again will I ever go back to Xfinity. I don't care your the last cable and internet there ever was. No money on earth that will make be go back to Xfinity....

Bad customer service. They charged me double monthly fee without notifying. I purchased unlimited data plan and got charged for using over the limited data which is ridiculous wrong. Customer service is not helpful. They can’t solve any problems and refuse to do any refunds. Definitely the worst internet service ever. Anthony and Kim answered my phone call this morning and were not helpful at all.
