Convenient to shop online and then have the shoes picked up there and then also return there if not the desired boot. Nice people and in store boot selection is still very good!

Amazing customer service!! I didn't think I could find another pair of boots that I loved more than my Ariats, but the gentleman that works there was over the moon helpful. He helped me find a pair of Twisted X and I am so in love. The most comfortable boots I've ever worn!

Me and my two sons went to get boots. They had a good selection for them. For the women with small feet, size 6 or 5.5 didn't have a great selection. They have military discount with we love! The store was clean and a great atmosphere. Will go back again

Yes they do. Leave it with them for 24 hours. They can steam shape and clean felt hats.
No Sheplers in Spokane. There is a Boot Barn off of Sprague Ave.
I don't know, they do provide extra services but I am not sure if that is one of them. Call them and ask. If they don't they might know who does.
