Cabinets Plus - Granite Counter tops, Flooring

Cabinets Plus installed an expensive granite countertop in our kitchen. Someone wasn't paying attention and drilled two holes for a one-hole faucet. Not only do we have a random hole in the top of the counter, upon closer inspection, we realized that in TWO areas of the kitchen, the countertop had been pieced.... yes, expensive black granite, cut and GLUED together. When we went in to speak with the owner about this oversight (his own estimate states, "sold by the sf only, no remnant"), Mr. Velikanov defended his company by saying that gluing remnants together and selling them as one slab was common practice. Really? We spent a lot of time in the Cabinets Plus showroom before choosing our kitchen. No examples of pieced countertops with stray holes drilled for non-existent items were anywhere to be seen in the lovely display kitchens. BUYERS BEWARE... these are NOT honest people. They are selling discards and pieced-together products to unsuspecting customers, and will NOT repair mistakes, replace damaged products or refund you YOUR money. We are absolutely disgusted and cannot believe this happened to us...

We are just completing a large customer home build and had them do our countertops. It was a big project that used seven slabs of quartz in 5 places - bathrooms, kitchen, shower, and bar area. They executed very well on a complex job that included hanging countertops as a backsplash and multiple tight and complex countertop placements. Alex, Art, and the team were timely and professional in dealing with last minute changes and schedules. The workmanship looks fantastic. Best of all, they conduct their business above board with no hidden fees, add-ons, and markup on the materials. You pay them for the work they do. We saved $8k on the job versus One Carpet place in the valley. Wish we would have found this team earlier to do our other tile work. Highly recommend Cabinets Plus, the reviews are true!

Our experience with Cabinets Plus was everything a customer could hope for. We are major review shoppers before we commit to a company, especially for larger budget renovations. And we ended up going with them for our cabinets and our beautiful quartz countertops in our kitchen renovation. Kirill was the employee that we worked with and I suggest asking for him to help you. His communication was extremely clear, respectful, kind, and he was always so quick in responding. We ended up getting multiple quotes from other companies in the Spokane/Spokane Valley area for the cabinets and the countertops, and we even had a business that had high reviews on Google try to cheat us on a price they had promised us for our countertops so we ultimately went with Cabinets Plus for that too because working with them and Kirill was already going so well with the cabinets, and their price and their customer service ended up being the best. Our finished project in our kitchen is beautiful, and we will be using them again in the future for our other rooms in our home. Thank you so much for the great experience Cabinets Plus!

From the very moment I started inquiring about purchasing new countertops for a house my husband and I just purchased, I have had excellent, prompt, knowledgeable communication and service with every person I spoke with in this company! I received 4 bids because we were doing a full kitchen and two bathrooms’ quartz or granite purchase and installation and these guys were excellent in every way! I got to go look and select the slab(s) of my choice (large variety to choose from) and they were able to do template and installation in a very reasonable amount of time. The owner was extremely prompt in answering questions, and getting back to me with a quote as we were on a tight timeline and budget. The 2 gentlemen that did the installation were so kind, professional and efficient. I saw what they were doing is very hard work!! They also gave me tips on how to care for the quartz long-term. We ended up choosing white quartz with significant veining and it was gorgeous!! The install was very professional and I couldn’t even see the seam. We were impressed overall with the end outcome and entire experience!!! They saved us some money and we got a beautiful product whereas if we would have gone somewhere else it would have been quite a bit more money. Thanks so much guys!!!! PS: We also got to keep the leftover remnants of the slab.
