We purchased our home in the country in 2020 with a Jacuzzi already installed. It has run flawlessly until this week. I called and spoke to Jim and he was out here the next day and fixed it quickly and very affordably. Fantastic customer support!

Great experience. We bought our hot tub about a year ago from Northwest Spa and Pool. This past week we had our first and only problem with the tub. We lost power to the tub, and with the cold temps I was worried about the water freezing. I called first thing in the morning. They had someone out a few hours later who diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us up and running again. Turns out it was just a fluke issue which was easily resolved. Great service in a timely manner. These guys are great to work with. Thank you!
