I purchased a tub from Jay Snider at the Spokane Arctic Spas store. Jay was awesome throughout the process. He answered every question I had, was eager to help from beginning to end. Even with Covid issues, our tub was delivered at least a month earlier than expected. Even the delivery guys were great. My tub was delivered WITHOUT the correct filters. Jay went above and beyond to correct the mistake quickly. I highly recommend Jay Snider at Arctic Spas Spokane.

I would not recommend purchasing an arctic spa nor would I recommend this spa dealer as their service is very poor. My wife and I purchased an arctic spa about two years ago. Shortly after, parts of the cedar cabinet around the hot tub cracked and broke. After that, the cover on the control panel became discolored. Then, the Onzen sanitizer system failed and it took 2 weeks to get a repair technician to come to our house from the dealer to fix it. While the technician fixed the onzen system, the technician caused a leak in the spa and it was another week or two before another technician came to our house to fix the leak. We learned that the first technician was fired. Given that the arctic spa was so expensive, I expected the quality to be better and I expected decent service. In addition, arctic spa advertises that the spas are so well insulated that the electric use is fairly low. Well, that has not been our experience. Our experience is that we are spending at least $30-$50/month for power bill to heat the spa. Lastly, the owner/manager of the business said that he would call me to discuss my concerns but after waiting weeks, the owner (Scott) never did call us. We are very disappointed.

Arctic Spas Spokane is the perfect place to buy a swim spa. Their spas and hot tubs and ideally suited to the weather in the Inland Northwest. We purchased an Ocean Swim Spa and despite needing to heat almost 1,500 gallons of water, our electric bill has hardly increased. Ashley at Arctic Spas Spokane was critical in helping us find the perfect spa. She is very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way.
