Several staff had mask under nose, which defeats the purpose of having everyone in there wear them- its required and posted on their door. They were friendly though and appts were on time

I was trying to find a primary care physician, and the scheduler told me that the doctor that is listed as accepting new patients isn't accepting new patients. When I asked about why they're marked as accepting new patients, she said that they ARE but they're booked up. I said "no problem, I can schedule pretty far out in advance" she basically said no, and transferred me to a call center about information about my plan. What a horrible way to get rid of someone.

My best experience with a medical clinic. I've had other fantastic doctors, but the actual clinic here runs like clockwork, and with such compassion and attentiveness. Their communication is automated, and i can access my account/send messages online, but i also get text messages or emails reminding me of my appointments and helping me check in the day of. They were flexible the one time that i was late. Sometimes you can't control circumstances, and they were understanding (and i was beside myself with worry, because another clinic in town refused to see me when that happened). Getting labs done or a prescription filled is quick and easy. I live an "alternative lifestyle" (well, several), which sometimes causes issues with medical establishments, but CHAS has only treated me with respect and equality in every way i can perceive.

Are any of the CHAS offices taking new patients? We are getting fed up with the Dr Offices we are with. It takes close to 45min to get to there and in just a little over a year, I have never spoken to a Dr When I've called in and needed one.
