How can I better schedule an urgent appointment? I’ll go to urgent care if I have to. But I called Chas at 8:15 this morning and still am on hold. This is ridiculous. I need to speak to someone.

Are any of the CHAS offices taking new patients? We are getting fed up with the Dr Offices we are with. It takes close to 45min to get to there and in just a little over a year, I have never spoken to a Dr When I've called in and needed one.
