Allen and team did a phenomenal A+++ job on ceramic tint (all windows) and front end PPF for my new vehicle. They are used to working on higher end vehicles such as Tesla, Rivian, Mercedes G-Wagons. Great communication, set great expectations, and treat their business as a craft; incredible attention to detail. Found Allen through a positive review of the shop on YouTube. The creator was raving about Xtreme, now I know why! Kudos to the team for a job well done.

I had the full front of my Blue Tesla Model Y wrapped along with the rear package shelf and the area in front of the rear wheels with Xpel ppf. I also had the car ceramic coated with Opti-coat Plus. I am not a detailer, so I can't speak to the details, I can only judge the results from my perspective. I think that they did a great job. The metallic finish in the color really pops now as compared with the more muted solid color in appeared to be when the car was delivered by Tesla. Alan did a great job communicating with me. He called me to remind me of the initial appointment and when the car was ready to be picked up. He was flexible when I decided to add ceramic coating at the last minute. He had me bring the car back a week later and corrected several issues with the PPF that were so small, I would have never seen them. They showed me how to wash the car, registered it for the PPF and ceramic warranties and didn't use this as an opportunity to sell additional services. A great experience!

The Tuxedo Tesla

I heard about Allen and Xtreme from a Tesla forum that I am a part of. Everyone there spoke to highly of him. So I contacted Allen who is the owner of Xtreme Edge. My situation was very unique. I am in a neighboring state but was picking up the car in CA and had to turn around in a day and drive back to that state. It's been a trial in patience with Tesla orders towards the end of the quarter because you don't know when your VIN is going to show up. So I called Allen and said this: "I am getting a Model Y sometime in the next 3 weeks. But I don't know exactly when. Once I get the VIN & a date, I have to fly in to get the car, want to drive it to you, leave it with you overnight and get it the next morning to drive across the state. Allen told me he was booked out for the next 3 weeks but he would do his best to help me out. Well it was a long and arduous wait for a VIN. The day I got my VIN I was on the phone with Tesla trying to get my delivery date. I'll spare you all the details but let it suffice for me to say that my delivery date for moved a few times and with all this happening around Christmas, my ability to travel was limited too because of Church etc. 1) I don't know how many times I changed the date with Allen. But he was so understanding and such an amazing person to deal with. 2) The last time that I got my delivery date options for the 28th or 29th of Dec, I called him and he told me that it would be easiest for him to do it on Tuesday Dec 29th. I said that was perfect. At the 11th hr, Tesla said I could get it before Christmas. Literally in 15 mins all the plans changed. I called him. He said I know you are juggling so many things and are coming in from out of town to get this. I will make it work. HE LITERALLY DID WHATEVER HE COULD TO MAKE MY LIFE EASIER. IF THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS.:) He found a few things on the car that only a really really trained eye would have noticed those things which also showed me what a Professional he is. But to be really honest, even if you do the best job in the world, it almost seems pointless if you are a jerk. But if you do an amazing job and go above and beyond for your customers and treat them like you would treat your own family, then that person literally deserves everyone's business and every accolade on the planet. :) 3) He worked his tail off on the car, did a lot of extra things for me and my goodness does it look absolutely phenomenal. His work is unreal, his prices are amazing, his customer service is incredible and the icing on the cake is that he is one of the most honest people on this planet. He is also extremely honest. Got the car today (Christmas morning) and I am literally speechless (which says a lot for a verbose guy like me lol) Everything is PERFECT.:D Ladies and Gentlemen, if you are from Southern California may I honestly recommend that you go to Allen for any detailing needs, for any PPF (Clear bra etc), for any Ceramic or really for any services that they offer. I stake my word on this, YOU WILL NOT GET A BETTER PERSON, A BETTER COMPANY, A BETTER PRICE AND BETTER WORK ALL IN ONE, anywhere else. You just won't. Shoot even if you are not from So Cal as is my case, trust me he is worth going to if you can work it out. Send your family and friends to him too.:) I would give him 10 stars out of 5. Lol. I really hope this review helps someone who is looking for an amazing place to do the work they need but who also doesn't want to get ripped off. ----------------------- TL:DR Allen from Xtreme Edge Professional Auto Detail is literally one of the best detailers, PPF Clear Bra installers, Ceramic Coat installers etc on the West Coast. But what sets him apart from everyone else is his customer service which is so far above and beyond, you will think your own cousin, sibling or best friend owns the shop and you are being given the VVVIP treatment. In other words go to him if you are from So Cal. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Not only are they backed with over 6 years of experience, the have gone above and beyond the call of customer service and even past that! Allen handled my car like a pro and set expectations for the project. You must know before hand that there are somethings not under their control like dust under factory paint, and that each vehicle is different, but they truly perfected their work. Communication was quick and efficient, they really take the time to make sure you understand the whole project.The provide exceptional customer service and value that truly cannot be beat anywhere else. I found that Xtreme Edge carries Opticoat, which is by the brand Optimum who makes fantastic products. I went for Xpel Paint Protection film on full front (hood, bumper, mirrors) and they also did a custom job paint protecting my doors. (They removed the handles to create a seamless look) Their paint protection film experience is top notch. As for the ceramic coating, the Opticoat Pro + was insanely glossy and clean. I have not many comments other than it completely blew me away by the look and the ease of maintenance. They add extra value by providing trunk luggage PPF protection and ALSO show how to do a maintenance wash after a week of installation. Leo is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you can ask him all your questions. You can see they are passionate about their work AND customers. I will be recommending all detailing work here, you have made me a raving fan! P.S. Allen has a fantastic eye for detail and the little things. You definitely want to check these guys out.
