This company can spend money on building a fence, a new front office, but can’t pay employees fair wages. Really shows how incompetent of a management they have running this corporation. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to aerospace companies.

Horrible place to work at. The pay here is low and want you to do so much. Been there 4 years and got paid less then the people who I was training. Expect you to always agree with what the company tells you and if you are against them, they will find a way to fire you. Operations here are ran horrible. Company does shady work for their buyers. Thats why many contracts are being lost.

I left my job that was secure to work at AIC, and unless than 1 month they laid me off! Management is very poor and no opportunities to grow. Another company would be better, like their sister Cherry!!!
