Picked up rental care was ordered by my insurance. Made me feel either pay Xtra to upgrade the difference car.or just get the car they will rent to me.no offering option to choose difference. The attitude take it or leave it. Very disappointing

The service here was amazing. I had my personal vehicle being fixed at a near by auto body shop, Enterprise went & picked me up, got me a great vehicle & went above & beyond checking up with me in regards to adding days to my rental (due to my personal vehicle taking longer than expected to get fixed). They also dropped me off to pick up my vehicle when I returned it. Due to the pandemic they are following safety protocols & have proper drop offs & they are doing everything they can to keep their employees & customers safe. Exceptional customer service.
