My buying experience at this dealership was mostly positive. The people are great, the facilities are sparse, but clean and comfortable. And I got what I felt to be a fair price on a great car. The only negative was the time it took to complete the transaction. It shouldn’t take 5 hours to buy a car I had already virtually decided to purchase. I thought no haggle pricing was supposed to speed up the process. And one particular policy of autonation’s I had never seen in my years of buying cars. I’ve never had to disclose what my insurance deductible is. This alone delayed the process by at least an hour. My insurance office is closed on Saturdays. But aside from that I enjoyed doing business with Spokane Audi, and have recommended them to friends and coworkers.

Words can’t describe how thankful I am for the team at Audi of Spokane. I live 400 miles away so it took a lot of effort from the team to make my deal work successfully. Zachary was my main point of contact and was very thorough. He sent many pictures throughout the entire detail process to putting the car on the showroom floor. He was also there waiting for me when I arrived at the airport! I’m very happy with my purchase, the process was very smooth, I didn’t feel forced into buying something that was unnecessary and I would absolutely do business with the team again. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much guys!

I absolutely was not happy with the way my family and I were treated regarding my car. I took it in November 15th and did not get it back until July 7… it took them 8 months to fix my car. My father and I were out on a “no call” list due to how much we would call them checking in for updates on my car. They would purposely ignore our phone calls but the second we called from a different phone they would answer immediately. I would then go in once a week to talk to Paul the service manager who would ignore me for 10+ minutes not even acknowledging me until he’s done doing whatever he was doing. On a couple occasions they would ignore me and help male customers first who came after me. It shouldn’t matter whether I’m a male or not, I am still a paying customer and I should be treated as such. I have 2 jobs… I needed a car but they didn’t care until I spoke to the new dealership manager (one of the only person there who had excellent customer service besides Hannah in services) who then got me a loaner car to use for the last month. Services would lie to me about what they’ve done and the progress they made, I would relay the message to my warranty company who would inform me that they haven’t even sent over the paperwork or got an inspector out for the first 5 months. We thought by taking it to the actual Audi dealership and not just a European mechanic we would receive the best service and outcome. The day I drove my car off the lot after 8 months my engine light came on. I’m so extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and quality of service. I’m only giving two stars because of how amazing the new dealership manager and Hannah in services are, they are without a doubt the best employees at Audi. They were the ONLY good experiences I’ve had for the past 8 months of dealing with Audi. Now that my engine lights back on hopefully I don’t have to go through this again for another 8 months.

Everyone was so amazing there! The deal was easy to do over the phone . The car was ready in tip top shape for me . They made the entire experience so amazing! Love my new 2022 Audi Q5 and Zachary Was the best Justin in finance was amazing. I called a couple days later and another salesman was so helpful . Everyone works as a team there. They make buying a new car a great experience!! Highly recommended and I’ll be back every 3 years!!! 20 stars!
