I’ve called other locations and they’ve made a simple title transfer a big deal. Gave me a hard time. Here, Sarah took care of everything. She was great,professional, and very friendly. Everything was done quick and easy. She is the best!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any title transfer. Actually the worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere, ever. The woman whose job it was to help me, was so mean, and rude to me. I left without transferring the title. I kept running the encounter over and over in my head all evening. I just could not understand why she was so awful. I wish I’d have gotten her name so that I file a formal complaint. She treated me so badly, I just don’t understand why. I will never ever go back.

The lady helping me wanted to deny my vehicle purchase because the seller had crossed something off on the title and the title had seen better days. Luckily she asked someone else who okayed it for me. Almost a huge hassle. But happily got it titled in my name.

The state of Washington only allows somebody to gift a vehicle if you paid the sales tax on it, if it was gifted to you, no tax was collected, therefore you cannot give it to somebody else.

This place only does vehicle licencing. There is no license required to be a passenger in a plane but yes you have to be licensed to fly within the US.
