Calling to make appointments with this location is always a nightmare. Absolutely unacceptable behavior on the phone from your staff. Their job is to help the sick, injured and unwell. Making things more difficult isn’t helpful at all. Having to call multiple times to make an appointment, leave voicemails that go unanswered, or be told to go online is about as unhelpful as it gets. Unfortunately my insurance limits my options or I’d have fired providence some time ago. Do better. Seriously. You can do better. And now after waiting for two years…… I was told my surgery was going to be canceled because I was NERVOUS about it and crying. Being honest with them about my feelings led them to cancel my needed surgery. This place is a JOKE.

The staff were polite and effecient. We entered and were promptly helped and given directions. It was fast and convenient. This seems like an excellent place to have lab work done.

All the reviews are true. I have a labrum tare in my hip since 2016. I have visited there more than 3 times but they didn’t give me any treatment. Now, it’s 2021. Still no treatment. I was looking to have surgery on my hip and I am still waiting. I called them multiple times and left them a voicemail but no one seems to care. They don’t even answer their phone. I saw many people gets treatment but not me. This place have discrimination on colored people. There was a day I had an appointment and told me to check in 15 minutes earlier which I did and I was waiting for more than an hour to get called in and seen. There were many people comes behind me and get called in. This place is not for every human since they discriminate. Now, I don’t want even go there, not pass by there. This place is a nightmare to me. This place deserves zero star but I only have one option.

The lab does covid testing, but you have to have orders and an appointment to have it done there.
This lab opens at 7:30 am and closes at 5:30 pm.
The lab is also available on weekends. Just check in via the urgent care.
