The first counseling session is a “getting to know you” session and will consist of discussing more about you and the reasons you sought therapy, and completing some paperwork. Our therapists at Counseling Works are passionate about providing you with the best experience, so we spend the first session learning more about you. The following appointments will help you identify your goals and develop a plan for therapy. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We accept insurance from Medicare, Humana, PPO and more. If you are out of network, If you are out of network, Counseling Works will courtesy bill your insurance carrier.. Call us for more information.

Counseling Works’ Frankfort office is open from 9 AM to 8 PM. If you are experiencing any type of an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for help.

You will not be charged for canceling an appointment if you do so more than 24 hours before your appointment. However, if you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged $100. Call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your counseling appointment.
