Our family has been going to Hedges for about 13 years now. They have great doctors. The urgent care (precovid) is very convenient. I probably had problems with them not answering their phone maybe no more than 3x out of the 13 years. Never had a problem with insurance billing.

Doesn't get much worse than Hedges. They wouldn't see my adopted children who have and are using Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO insurance because of the fact that they still have their state medicaid plan. Something the state gives to all children adopted out of foster care until they are 18. Wasn't using it as secondary, or at all. Ran them through the computer, found that they had that policy. I explained we weren't using it, they claimed it was "fraud" and promptly cancelled my appointment. This was after they had new patient appointments on the books for over three months. Stay away.

Kinda surprised by the negative reviews. Everyone I encountered here was very nice and helpful. I can't speak on follow up information, as I am awaiting results from tests. But, I would recommend this office.

I wish I could give zero stars. They are just awful, definitely would not recommend coming here.
