The doctor I saw was very professional and kind. However, it took almost a month to get the appointment. Then I needed an EMG but couldn't get one for 6 weeks. I'm having to change providers. The worst part was the billing. I had submitted my insurance card ahead of time and verified that it was in-network. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff told me that I had to pay $250 out of pocket for my visit because they hadn't been able to verify my insurance. They said, "someone called and told you that you would be cash-pay," but no one called. They told me that they knew my insurance was in-network, but said I still needed to just pay and I would get reimbursed. Later, someone told me they'd give me a refund because they could see it was in-network. After another month, I called back to see why I hadn't received it and was told that it had been denied. They said it's not their policy to issue the refund until after insurance has paid. Update: I've continued for 5 months to try to get the hospital to submit the bill properly through my insurance. No one even answers my messages on MyChart, and I can't get help on the phone. I'm still out of pocket hundreds of dollars.

Lots of specialties at this facility. Depending on specialty could take a while to get scheduled. Once you get there, there's usually no wait time. A little bit messy in scheduling and accuracy of records. You see one doctor, they'll refer to another, but there's not a lot of communication between doctors. Can get very frustrating and time consuming. About to go elsewhere! Messages are left, when you call back nobody seems to know who called and what it was about. Referred here from Southern California for specific reasons and a year later have gotten nowhere. Extremely frustrating! Imaging is done at Texas Health next door. Depending on who orders, they claim not to be able to see the results. Not able to see each other's charts. Seems like a never ending repeating of the same tests. Waste of $$! Visit summaries are not very accurate. Doctor spends 5-10 minutes with the patient and document 45 minute visit along with many things not discussed during the visit. Asked for many corrections to be made. None have been made.

The doctor here was highly unprofessional. I am a very complicated patient and this doctor just dismissed my concerns and would not listen to me. Very disappointed with this Facilty
