This store has gone tremendously downhill over the past year. Two times in the last 60 days my grocery pickup order from here has been cancelled. I understand there are employee shortages but there is no communication to the customer that the order has been cancelled/postponed. Instead the app shows pickup time, we arrive, just to be told it’s not going to be ready until the next day sometime. There’s also one employee, lady who appears to be a manager, who is consistently rude and impatient with customers. She typically oversees the self checkout area and visibly shows frustration when someone needs assistance. Management needs to take a hard look at how this place is being ran and make adjustments. They’ve officially lost my business despite being the closest store to my home. I’ll deal with the inconvenience of driving further rather than deal with the inconvenience of poor customer service.

I absolutely love this Kroger… The staff is always friendly and helpful… The store is always clean and I love the renovations!
