The lady in there was in hurry to send me off. They needed printed prescription and email copy of prescription is not allowed. I was the third person inline. Not help full at all. I was thinking off save environment and this lady was not willing to listen. Complete attitude and acted like dumb.

I was hoping to have a better experience than others who had left bad reviews but unfortunately, mine was also a bad experience. Here is what I learned during my visit. 1. It’s better to make an appointment but don’t bother getting there early because they will keep calling others until it’s time for your appointment. 2) Once you check in, don’t leave the waiting room for even a second because they will inevitably call your name while you are out and you’ll go back to the end of the line 3). When checking in, don’t choose the option for waiting outside and getting a text when that are ready. You will never receive said text and will have to go to the back of the line whenever you come back to see what’s taking so long. The positive was that the technician was polite and skillful

I was a walk-in after my dermatologist sent over a blood test order. Sign in was easy and wait time was displayed on the TV screen. I was in and out in 5 minutes. They took my blood quickly and accurately with one stick.

I went without an appointment, waited for less than 15 minutes I got Linda helping me . The prescription was a little difficult to read. Linda went above and beyond to find all codes I neeed that day to do a blood test.she called my doc to verify everything. She even call her own supervisor for confirmation She was very helpful, sweet and extremely patient.
