The pest management department does not return calls or emails. I can't even find out if they received. The information they requested from me. I am licensed in 8 states and this is the worst department of Ag I have ever worked with.

Thank you for your question. Best to contact the Co-operative Extension Service of the University of Arizona. There's an office in each county. Their mission includes that. The AZDA is primarily regulatory. Hope this helps.

All of a sudden we have an abundance of small yellow worms, with a stinger, in Fountain Hills. Any ideas what they might be?

Yes they do. Whoever is spraying has to have a certified applicator or qualifying party license and the company had to have a business license.
