love this place, everything a dog owner or groomer can ever need. (cats also) mostly dog stuff. found pet stain remover for concrete. yeah! Also: great place to buy bulk bully sticks and hair cutting tools and blades. Great place for bulky sticks. We always get it from here. Great value too!

I've been with Ryan supplies since I have my pet shop now I'm retired but Brian supplies always was there when I need it supplies for my dogs like shampoo scissors anything that you need to have in your salon all you need to have a grooming place

Purchased 2 grooming tub faucets for overnight delivery. The Sales Rep I spoke with told me they would be delivered on Monday and that they would ship out on Saturday. I asked him to double check before I spent $72 on shipping. He confirmed. On Tuesday I called because my order never came and they told me they were closed on the weekends and that my part would be in on Wednesday. So I basically wasted my $72 overnight shipping charges. Next I get the faucets and no attachments fit on it. You have to get one of their hoses and sprayers to go with it where it never mentioned it anywhere. I will never shop with them again. Terrible customer service and products. Very disappointed.

Priscilla is correct. We have boxes, scoops, toys and treats. For litter and food we recommend Pet Club if you're looking to shop locally.
Our remodeled showroom opened in October of 2020 and is open on Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm MST. Unfortunately due to space constraints, the working warehouse will not reopen to the public. (Update 9/12/22: Our full warehouse is now open to the public EVERY FRIDAY as of September 9th, 2022) If you don’t see what you need in the showroom, just ask! Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in getting what you need.
We don’t have an exact date set yet but we’re hard at work building a whole new showroom. More details soon, and until then we still have easy online ordering with curbside pickup, or free shipping on orders over $50 to our Arizona customers with code AZSHIP50 - hope this helps!

It depends on if they are busy. Most of time you drop off and pick up a day or so later.

Yes. When I went there was a cashier who spoke Spanish. There were also several Hispanic-looking employees but he couldn't assure you that they all speak Spanish.

Good Morning Amy. Ryan's does not carry any food of any kind. They carry items primarily for dogs and cats. So no feed or farm animal selections.

We do have faucet set ups that you can hook in cold and hot water lines. Give the warehouse a call between 8:30am -4:30pm for any additional questions
I've never had much of an issue. Cash immediate, exchange immediate, credit card charges quickly. Unsure of your circumstances so I suggest you call during normal business hours directly to Ryans.
On average, locally, it's 3-4 days. Add mailing time, if you're not local. =)
