I bring my children with Dr Bosquez; let me tell you she is amazing I absolutely love this doctor. My bad review today is not for her or the pediatric department. My review is strictly for the family department. I saw Jessica, Garcia DO ( I honestly thought she was a PA or a NP definitely not DO) yesterday and it was the worst provider I have seen. She did not care to ask more questions regarding my symptoms and only ordered labs because I requested it and I could not understand half of what she said when she did speak since she mumbles. Nurse informed me the lab was closed already so I would have to go into one of their different locations. I asked the nurse if she can print my labs and I can get them done at labcorp how I usually do everywhere else and she said thats not possible because there is no way to print the lab requisition form, that labs have to be done there. I work in healthcare and we print lab requisition order form when the patients request to get it done elsewhere so I do not understand what is so complicated. She finally prints out a stack of paper just saying what labs the provider is requesting (obviously not a requisition) which is useless. I wasted my time coming here I would rather drive far and see my old provider who is amazing ( Dr. Bernadette Bonaparte) I urge everyone to stay away from here unless it is to bring your children with the amazing pediatrician, Dr. Bosquez.

No one answers the phone. It's an automated prompt that keeps repeating. My son was sick and needed to get in touch with with someone and I spent 20 minutes listening to pre-recorded messages. I tried calling again make an appointment for his 2 year check up, I put in his DOB, pressed 1 and it kept repeating. I've been going here since he was born but I'm currently looking for another doctor for my child. The nurses are nice but I hate the fact that you can't get in touch with them when you need to. How about a direct phone line? Never mind. I'm already changing his primary care.

No they don't, prescription will be transfer to you're convenience location.
They will most likely refer you out if you need an MRI
She needs insurance or a gold card, a doctor examines her and if she is a candidate for surgery, he refers her to the surgeon, but they have a waiting list if it is not urgent.
