Out Standing Service! I use to hear bad things about the county clinics and Hospitals! Since my wife and I had to obtain the Gold Card because we didn’t have work and insurance at the time! It has been amazing experience! Everyone has been very supportive and helpful! The service is better than the clinics we been to while paying for insurance! The day we get a job and with health insurance we definitely want to continue coming to seeing our doctors that we have now! All because since we had them they have been taking care of my wife and I! Outstanding Customer Service! Amazing People! Doctors show more compassion and understanding compared to our pass experience with other Doctors! We highly recommend this clinic!

You can get an application there bit you have to go to an eligabilty clinic. I suggest you fill out the application, make copies of the thongs they need and put it in an envelope and drop it in the eligabilty box. I usually takes about 3+ weeks. Or you can sit and wait to talk to a worker and possibly get the gold card the same day
