The worst thing is that you can't even be sure of leaving your car parked in Visitors Parkin because the housekeeper takes it away so why do you have to move the car every 5 minutes? If you tell them that you are going to call them at the city of Houston and they tell you to call them, it's okay if they don't come to rent here, worst experience

Horrible service on the part of management, rent is constantly being raised for things the complex never uses or will soon to be not used, god help you on anything getting done if you arent latinx or speak fluent spanish cause it will be brushed off or not done. If you are ever worried about coming home to your home being on fire dont worry neighbors set of fireworks every year, grill, fry, smoke, you name it on the porches not paying attention to their fires or drunk. No one keeps their dogs on leashes you will be bit if youre not careful when you decide to go outside. They have a party area that was recently built but little to no one uses it because its either full of equipment to "renovate" or "fix" the complex or people continue to do as they have and just set a party up outside their home. A neighbor had been out of their apt for a month and left so much trash that it began to stink and attract enough pests that they began to fly and crawl into my home. Took them months after it was brought to their attention to clean it up.

This place looks nice on the outside however the staff is very insulting. I looked at a unit that I liked then was given the third degree about what income counts and how they will verify my income. I came in after work in my scrubs and I’m looking at Juanita like ok you can verify my employment and income. Then I am told I need to be pre approved by the manager who is never there. Now bringing in my check stubs is not good enough I have to print them here and log in to my portals in front of them on there computer. Beyond insulted and can not believe this is how this apartment is ran. I asked for property manager name and number and corporate as well right away it’s we don’t have business cards so she goes and writes some numbers down. Juanita gets argumentative does not have an answer to anything no wonder staff is constantly replaced here.

I've lived here my whole life. It's super spacious, and probably one of the biggest apartments I've ever seen. The manager, Diana, is awesome and friendly. The maintenance guys are always super friendly and helpful too. It's definitely like it's own little community.
