UPDATE: Parking is ATROCIOUS... I've parked in slot 138 since moving here in June, Management recently informed me my vehicle is subject to TOWING even though I am a resident with a valid parking sticker. They don't offer reserved parking and the slot is marked reserved, however it is not assigned to any resident. Why can't I park there without being towed or why wasn't I presented an option to pay? Why was I treated with towing instead? BLUE MAGMA MANAGEMENT...SHAME ON YOU THE PARK @ MALAGA...SHAME ON YOU The trash situation is still the same, now compiled with furniture and EXTERMINATION IS A JOKE THE BUG REAPER...SHAME ON YOU My kids and I moved in in June, and my patio(which they charge me $15 a month for) and my front door patio area flood every time we have the slightest rainfall. The trash can is not large enough to accommodate the residents so there is trash and debris around the trash bins. My apartment has a roach problem that management is unconcerned about as well as live and dead MICE. Found one in the middle of my kitchen at 8:00 am, and requested maintenance and management to come to remove it. I am still waiting it is almost 10 AM. Groundskeepers and other helpers have been notified yet nothing has been done. UPDATE: THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REMOVE THE RODENT. (PER MANAGEMENT)

The apartments are nice, I was helped through the whole process. And it’s a clean apartment complex, HOWEVER I tried parking in a no reserved parking space but this lady mentioned I couldn’t park there as she is saving that parking for someone else..? I’m now seeing a lot of reviews on this matter, and I believe there needs to be more attentive to parking a notice to all current and new tenants should feel welcome..Im new to these apartments and that already given me the first problem to deal with.

We love pets! We offer a lot of greenspace for walking at T.C. Jester Park which is a short distance. There is a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and $20 a month per pet. There is no weight limit, we do have the following breed restrictions and a pet interview is required. Our breed restrictions are, American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit Bull/Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, Wolf Hybrids.
