If you black don't move here .....cabinets needs remodeling and countertops if you want a hood spot then this is the place they never call pest control office staff is horrible they always seems to be upset that they are called for anything this place just need to be savage roach invested ....do not fix anything properly....I think they stand in a 2 star overall YOU'LL REGRET moving here for the cost of what they actually looks like in person dongt get catfised

Aside from the apartment not even being clean when we moved in (dead bugs and leftover property from the previous tenant), we couldn't ever get rid of the roaches, the laundry facility was awful (we were lucky if there was more than one washer or dryer that was working and even had our clothing and blankets stolen at one point, which management said they couldn't do anything about because they don't have cameras), they don't enforce their parking (we paid for spots and always had people parking in them). The only reason they're even getting 2 stars is because the maintenance guys were cool and helped us whenever we needed things. The property staff are unprofessional, incompetent, and give you the runaround. Don't waste your time or money.

Management I was amazing, the two ladies in the front absolutely kind and so welcoming. The manger was also welcome and helpful.

Just finished my 12month lease, and it was a great experience for me and my family. Never had any issues, the ladies in the front were all very nice, and maintenance was quick and professional. Prices are very affordable. I totally recommend this complex! Great place over all.
