Cedar bluff was small quiet complex, you have your typical apartment life troubles and stuff, but they do try to quickly handle any problem you might have. Manger Isabelle was great. Overall peaceful. Wasnt fond of the new manger Abagil much let alone the property manager, but maintenance was still quick to handle things as always.

We have a number of different floor plans, so depends on exactly what you're looking for, but I'm sure we can meet your expectations. And yes, we do offer a Utility Bundle as an option. This very unique amenity package allows you to avoid unnecessary electric company deposits and the ups & downs of running your AC from season to season. For a guaranteed flat fee, we handle your electric, water, sewer, pest control & trash. As you can imagine, a majority of our residents take advantage of this amenity.
