I love this complex! The property employees are super nice and helpful. The inside of the office is super clean and inviting. The complex is super quiet at all hours and days of the week. The only thing I wish would change here is the residents not picking up after their dogs. It’s not as bad as my last complex down the road (land mines every few feet), but it is around. The amenities are great and easily accessible and clean (although the treadmills in phase 1 have been out of order since June). Overall, out of the several complex’s I’ve lived in, this is by far my favorite. Community and people are so friendly here. Is truly like a home.

Decent for one-time lease stays, but I would recommend other apartments if you prefer to stay in one place a while like we do! The complex has free open parking, which gets full quickly in the evenings on weekdays and can result in parking far away from your building. But the gates consistently are working, and we haven’t had safety concerns. Service requests can be submitted online. However, a service request to fix a shower draining issue took a week to address. There are inconveniences, such as many leaving their trash in the walkups on weekends. There have also been multiple times we have gone down to grill only to find there is no propane at various grills and no notice given to residents. However, the main reason we will be leaving is that the rent is increasing 18% after the initial 12-month lease. At our past complexes, we've never seen an initial 18% increase of $230 extra per month for a one bedroom when trying to renew for the first time. As someone who prefers to stay multiple years, that dramatic of an increase is unsustainable and makes us wish we moved somewhere else in the first place so that we did not have to be looking again so quickly.

Kelley is the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with, everyone else who works in the office is kind as well. Just finished up our first lease and upgraded from a 1BR to a 2BR for our second lease. Kelley made the transition as smooth as possible and really gave us confidence in the decision we made to stay. The entire staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the tenants. The apartment complex itself is great and in an ideal area with little to no noise and respectful neighbors. Only started having maintenance issues towards the end of a 15 month lease which is to be expected and even then all of our maintenance requests were handled immediately. The price is very much worth moving here especially if you value living in a SAFE and Quiet area. Never had a roach, never seen a rat and best of all have never heard of any type of crime happening in our complex. Could write much more. Highly recommend making the move here
