We have lived here for 2 years and have absolutely loved every minute of it. Our top floor apartment is beautiful and our building #9 is very quiet. The appliances are nice, on the newer end and very solid. The hardwood floors in the living area is great and the granite countertops have made making meals easy. Our neighbors are very kind, friendly, and stand-up people. We've never had issues with crime, or noise, or neighbors. The staff is amazing and keeps up the grounds wonderfully. We love that there are so many trees around and talking walks or runs around the complex is very relaxing and beautiful. At night, the place is very well lit. We have not had any issues when on walks with pet droppings. Everyone seems to be respectful and uses the pet clean up stations that are provided. The maintenance requests are always responded to in no time. In general they come the next day and fix the issue and if they don't come the next day it's the day after. We've never had any major issues like bugs, flooding, or AC issues. The building seems to be well maintained and solid. All staff is very generous, kind, and goes above and beyond when you have a question or request. We've had no issues with our mail or any missing/stolen packages. The location of this place also cannot be beat. We love being 15 mins from Baybrook Mall, 5 mins away from the Fairmont Shopping Plaza, and 20 mins from inner Houston. We have discovered so many restaurants, stores, and parks that we have really enjoyed. If I had to give a negative comment, I'd say there are SELDOM occasions where you can hear an airplane passing but that noise passes very quickly and has never been so often that it is a nuisance to us. We of course live closer to an airport, but for being so close we really don't have a lot of airplane noise. We are very sad to leave the Park at Fairmont, but will move on and be going to our own home. All in all, for the price this has been the perfect place. We are so lucky this was our first renting experience. Thank you Park at Fairmont for being our home for 2 years.

The park at Fairmont is without a doubt the best place I have ever lived, and I have lived in a bunch of apartment communities! I have lived here just over a year and I hardly have a complaint at all. The office staff are professional, gracious, and respond to everything quickly, The maintenance team comes out quickly to respond to any requests. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained, with a great walking path, and the pool is really nice and actually kind of gorgeous! The rent is fair and compares very favorably with properties in Clear Lake right next door to Pasadena (mine was $995 and month when I moved in for a spacious 1 BR-1BA and is now $1020). What you get for the cost is much nicer. It is a bit of a stretch for me financially but it is worth it to live in a place that is so much nicer than my last place and most of the others! The only downside for me has nothing to do with the complex management itself but just the location. The location is fantastic in one sense. It is a very convenient location close to the Beltway, Space Center Blvd, Gulf Fwy, I-10, HW 225, etc. with just about everything you could need in terms of shops and restaurants nearby, and only half an hour from Central Houston. It is literally next door to HEB, which is a dream. And there is plenty of parking! But since the complex is situated on Fairmont Parkway, and my apartment faces the parkway with only a narrow parking lot in between, there is a lot of close-up traffic noise (and view), since people drive it like it is a freeway! But if you get an interior apartment or one farther back from the road, you should be fine. If it weren’t for that one thing, I would give it five stars, for real. I cannot recommend this place more highly. I hope to be able to stay here a long time.

It is simply okay. Calling it a "luxury" apartment is a stretch and depends on what you consider luxury. Appliances are modern but still just cheap GE products, the layout is practical, and there is "wood" flooring. That's about where the luxury ends. The place was not built in this century and it shows. There is a pretty big leak from the roof in the corridor. The windows are single pane and just plain cheap. Being right next to a 8 lane road, you will hear the trucks, the exhaust, and the tire noise starting at 5am and it lasts all day. Not to mention that because of the bad insulation the electric bill is much higher. The walls and floors are thin. You will hear people sneezing and coughing, and just having normal conversations. They are not being loud, it's just that this place is built like a cardboard box.
