I would like to give this apartment complex 0 stars!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER ! We have had the worst experience here. We have dealt with the worst management here. We have had a broken window for months and every month water comes in. This started back in February, and it is now the end of the year, and we are still dealing with water coming in every time that it rains causing our stuff to get wet. We have spoken with Emily, Mario, as well as the property manager Anna, she has said multiple times that the problem has been fixed which it has never been fixed. Anna as a manager has never apologized or even try to get the problem fix, she just says it is out of her control. I have always paid rent on time, and they are super quick to call us for rent money without having to fix the problem because than I would have to pay late fees. I am currently dealing with my entire apartment being flooded since Friday and all I was told by the Maintenance guy is we cant fix it. Called Saturday and Sunday the emergency line and no one has even bothered to call back. I spoke with Victoria Monday morning with a whole lot of attitude that " I did not stop by the office" as I had mentioned to her I do work so have been calling and no one has returned my call. She herself couldn't help and said she will have Anna call which it is now noon and she has not bothered to call. I have had to take days off to get this fixed mulitple times and still nothing. Anna has also refused to sign a form stating that if the window is not fixed in 2 weeks we would have no choice but to end our lease. This should tell you how irresponsible they are and how much they do not care. No one ever answers the phone, nor do they care to fix ur problems. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Clean/ quiet property. Professional and friendly staff. My apartment is really nice lots of space , updated lighting and black on black appliances & clean! Definitely happy with the location too 🫶🏼 right by beltway 8, Spencer Hwy and Fairmont Pkwy ! This is the place to check out !

Nice service always there for u. Great managment! I been living here for 5 years I don't have no regrets moving here. Nice ambient great service the appareance of the building have done a lot of remoleding now even with gym and security cameras feel more safe. Not they needed before but its nice to know that they are concerned about safety!! I hope live long time here.New addition open gate over phone with the commodity on your hand no matter where you are keepthe guest job!!!

Ever since Victoria started working at the office it has been so much better! She always answers the phone, always takes care of any situation. You can tell she enjoys her job and she tries to help with whatever she can she will go above and beyond for the residents. She is just amazing I hope she stays here forever because I love her!!!
