I don't recommend these apartments. The actual apartment and maintenance staff are good. That's the only things. There is no security. Parking is horrible. Most doors don't work to get inside. Many times I put the key fob to the entry box and the door doesn't open. Then I try a different door and the same thing. It's so frustrating and a safety/security issue that they don't care about fixing.

If I could I would leave minus 5 stars I have to wait 60 days for a refund I applied and my application got denied even tho according to them I make more than the necessary to apply Nobody ever contacted me to give me any details about my application and it was almost impossible to get in contact with them

It’s a decent place to stay. However, they really need to do a better job at the upkeep of the units. There are paint splatters on my floor and my floors need to be replaced just in general. I reached out about my floors but never heard back. Also, they need to do a better job at up-keeping the facilities too. The hallways were in bad shape but they are now cleaning and repainting them. Something is also always broken. The app to open the garage gate wasn’t working (fixed now), sometimes the elevators don’t work, and now the fob readers aren’t working so it’s a struggle to get inside the buildings.

My realtor set up an appointment for me to tour (I’m looking to sign a lease within a week). When I came in I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged for 20 minutes. There were only 2 people working and already servicing people. So I immediately thought that was a red flag since we made an appointment. They were not concerned with the fact that I had a appointment at all. One of them even gave a tour right in front of me 30 minutes into me waiting to be acknowledged and serviced, and also after they waited for someone else to arrive to join their tour. It really gave a bad taste in my mouth and it’s upsetting because I still didn’t even get to see the apartment after waiting almost an hour in total.
