I just moved into the Shenandoah apartments and so far, I've been welcomed with Great Customer Service. Both Maria and Norma are amazing at hearing what you need and being able to work with you. When it comes to the apartments, I moved into one of the renovated units that looks amazing and very well cleaned. The only downside I have found with the apartment is the parking. There's so many reserved spots that, depending on your apartment unit you may or may not have to park far away from your unit. Overall, I recommend moving to Shenandoah woods, especially if you are looking for a friendly welcome in the office.

I'm going on my second year at Shanandoah. The complex is very quiet. Maintenance does a great job. The management are wonderful. They are super nice and help me with all my needs! Ms. Norma and Maria are very professional and kind!!

They kept my deposit and reported to my credit that I broke a lease when in fact I was on a month to month lease. Filthy property and bed bugs are a big problem. At one point the sewage was dumping into the parking lot and they would wash it into the city drains that leads to the bayou. Stay clear

You would have to call the office to see if they have any available and i think they are 865 all bills paid but when you call they will tell you

This is not a answer, this is wondering why you never reply to my question? Please , we are wanting to move in July.
Trust me the residents have had the same complaints I'm hoping that they will turn all of the parking up against the fence visitor parking but for right now the only parking allowed inside the apartments that are not reserved and paid for are for residents with resident stickers any other vehicles inside the gate will be towed
