I know of no one here like that. I've lived here for 5 yrs. It's mostly quiet and peaceful. Some kids but well behaved from what I've seen.

I'm sorry, it took me a while to think of what you were talking about. Yes, there's a lot next to our property surrounded by a green fence. We've met the owner while he was maintaining the lot. He says it's his private property used by himself alone. Inside, it looks like a little park with dog training facilities. You can't see much from the street, but most of our residents on the 2nd floor of buildings 7 and 9 enjoy a nice view of the grass and trees.

Our 1BR apartments can run anywhere from $805 to $930 while our 2BR apartments run from $925 to $1,100. That's with gas and electricity included. We have 3 laundry centers, open courtyards, 24-hour emergency maintenance, BBQ pits, gazebo, car ports, assigned parking, and a staff that cares.
