My apartment has a bug problem. I see less bugs because (I HAD TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT MYSELF). You have to bother them to get maintenance to fix any problems you may have. I went 3 weeks with a water outage problem and now I can’t get in contact with anyone in the office. Also people who work for their answering services are rude.

The apartments here look good, but nothing was working. The construction worker failed to do his job right and had water coming in from the ceiling and my dishwasher! Don’t move here.

there are different opinions on this property ..I've been there for awhile and have never had a bad experience..the office staff is professional and funny never cold or disrespectful..I love my neighbors and we watch out for each other ..I feel comfortable in my apt and have never had issues Joel and Aliyah just arrived on the property and are doing all they can to resolve problem ...

I just needed to put this online for all to see. I moved into the Landing at the end of March and love this complex and management. I ended up having A LOT of financial difficulties after losing my sister in May and my car breaking down. It was one incident after another and I had no idea how I’d make my rent. Aaliyah in the office has been so understanding!!! Every time I spoke with her she always ended the conversation with something positive to lift my spirits. Of course all complex come with riff raff from time to time, you can’t control everyone on your property but nothing to make me say I need to get out of here. The complex is always clean including the laundry rooms. This is an awesome place to live. Especially if you’re looking for a small, quiet, clean complex. You have to remember when someone posts a review it’s based on their experience and not all experiences are good. Just take a moment to talk to management, view the property, maybe stop someone you see walking and ask how they like living here and make your own decision.
