I have lived here for 2 plus years. I have the best landlords Matt and Patty are amazing. When I first moved to this side of town I was nervous I am not from Houston so I didn't know anything about the area. I had a one bedroom at first that I lived in for two years! I had absolutely no problems my one bedroom was huge, double doors, hardwood floors ,large closet I had a massive porch, washer and dryer in my unit! I never had any roaches, or anything like that. I just recently got engaged and needed more space but I did not want to change landlords.I didn't have to matt and patty had a 3 bedroom that came available and we moved right on in! This is a nice area I have not had any problems their is a guard on duty that walks the property. The floor plans are great parking is always good and Matt always makes sure to fix anything that is needed. I can't speak for anyone else but if you are looking to move to this area I suggest you look for a Matt and Patty Unit!!

Actually, there is a 2b in my building, and a 3b in the building next door. There are others on the property as well, I see the maintenance guys working on them. As a side note, the buildings are individually owned, so the rent amounts will vary. Stop by the office and speak with Ms. Helen, she'll know what units and sizes are available.

No, the apartments are individually own and the one I rent from Matt is in wonderful condition. No infestation of bugs or rodents.
