I am going with 4 stars, because the new Mgr, Tara, shows all signs of trying to turn this place around! I have lived here for 9 years and I have seen many problems. I have NEVER seen a Mgr who worked as hard to get things actually DONE! This is not an easy job--rent hikes,pest control issues, floods --but the current team seems to want what I want --a good living environment. If this attitude changes,I'll be back on Google!

Thank you to Tara and her team at The Park at Dashpoint. I went in with a special situation helping a person in need of an apartment quickly and not to give too many details, the group there were so helpful and understanding and got us in headed in the right direction, found us a unit, and worked to get it ready working with us to meet our needs. When it came time for the application work, they were very helpful and professional, and available. What more can you ask for. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. The size of the apartments are great, the maintenance guys are awesome and quick, the administration staff are so nice and efficient. I just love this experience. We haven’t had any problems at all. We might had some crazy neighbors but unless you are a millionaire and buy a whole block you might be able to select the neighbors you want. Anyways it has been a great experience for my family and I. Thank you Park at Dashpoint!
