Best avoid this place. Long phone calls, poor customer service. The salesmen dont even know what engine their vehicles have XD like what kind of joke is that? They take forever for vehicle service, but if its a late payment, they are on you behind. UPDATE 10/20/2022 The truck that I regrettably got from them ended up having a bad motor after 1k miles. Please take my advice: do not come here with your hard earned money and waste it with these buffoons. They are scammers. There is a reason why they have 6 month warranty for engine and transmission.

On Saturday, October 1, my boyfriend decided to go to this dealership to look for a truck, he did not answer SR German everything very nice THEY PAINTED IT supposedly they offered us a ram did not show them HOW THE TRUCK LOOKED and next to GERMAN'S DESK there was another salesman making another deal with the same truck because I listened he asked us if we could leave some money I left 500 dlrs to remove the truck. We left the place and 40 minutes passed when German called that someone else had made a deal with the same truck. He sent us other photos of others on the way and we did not like those that he later sent another photo of a 2015 black gmc and we decided to choose that car. Yesterday October 5, 2022 we went and that the transmission supposedly does not work. Well, the contract was never signed, no document was signed, we decided to ask for the money and it turns out that they cannot return it !!!! Because that money has already been lost, I don't think it's fair for people to be robbed. SUPPOSEDLY GERMAN IS AN HONEST PERSON, HE IS AS HE DESCRIBED. SMFH

They tell you a bunch of lies to get you in the door and it turns out the cars in the pictures aren’t even there and the salesman the girls push supposedly don’t even know who the girl is who is giving out his information but yet he had my phone number to call me (all liar). The salesman was Alan, I think he has fake accounts and then acts dumb try and get you into a different car and get off the hook on what he said thru the fake account. Don’t go there, they’re scammers.

I bought a nissan. And neither the transmission nor the engine served. Alos 2 days gave me problems ... I never recommend that place .... better or rather I'm super sorry and I paid 2500 dollars they just fucked me
You just need a 500 deductible. But yes this place is horrible. I refuse to buy there again

(September 2018 purchase) To be honest i got a van from them they were good in getting me in something with a lot of money down and high payments, but the van was over all good i repaired it twice out of pocket. Once for a water pump and again for a belt wheel. I also paid for my own oil change because they take too long making simple repairs. They have several salesman on a small lot. I lost my van after taking care of it 4 months in. Over all they are all right when you dont have the proper credit but if you have credit or a good co-signer i advise you to go elsewhere! I went to a major car lot and they treated me so much better with way less money down.
