I lived in Federal Way for 8 years and I always have great service with the ladies and men in the front. Very welcoming, kind and always glad to help me. Thank you everyone.

The person who attended us was very patient with me, as a new customer who wasn't sure how to deal with returning packages. She compared prices to find the best way to return the box and suggested i used a smaller box to send it as it would be cheaper. Great service.

I've had a terrible experience claiming for a package supposedly no able to deliver because non founded address not even using the track number provided, that happened back on May so is time that I haven't received neither a courtesy phone call. Poor costumer service.

I had a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience with an employee (middle age-older Asian man) here today. We were trying to ship birthday presents in a medium-large size, medium weight box and were told it was going to cost $70. When I inquired with the man about if it would lower our price if I repacked the items in a smaller box or perhaps shipped it with UPS instead, I was simply trying to ask the opinion of this individual so that my husband and I could figure out the best way to ship birthday presents to family as we are not financially thriving right now and would like to know our options. The response I got was a very smug “I would never tell anyone to go to a competitor. That would be like Sears telling a customer to go to JCPenney.” Huh. In my experience, whether it’s at a hardware store, hair salon, department store, etc I have always had employees kindly direct me to another store if their store can not provide the product or service that I am seeking. Isn’t that considered better customer service than trying to defensively pressure someone into purchasing services that don’t fit their needs? I already use USPS for 99% of my usual shipping needs, in addition to paying for a PO Box, so it’s not like losing this one singular transaction would have truly “lost” the USPS much. Also, it’s not like the $70 was coming out of this mans own wallet, and it was very odd to experience someone with such a lack of understanding and humanity in their dealings.

I agree, and would like to know what the plan is. I suspect they haven't replace it, since it's been broken into 2 or 3 times in 2021, and until they have one that cannot be broken open, it's likely considered a security risk having one at all. I had someone steal and alter a $5 check I mailed, and stole $500 from my bank account. (I discovered it, filed a fraud claim, and the bank refunded me, but I had to close that account, open a new one, change direct deposit and all automatic payments linked to the account, etc., etc.), and I'm certain the check was stolen from this drop box at Twin Lakes. People kinda suck.
This location is always up to its eyeballs in people needing in-house services and it will only get worse as we get further into the holidays. If there's a voicemail option for any of the numbers, use it, but if you need an answer ASAP, go to the office in person. Remember, the employees are people, too, so please be kind or at least don't take the issue out on them. The staff here may not have your answer but they'll genuinely try and do you right.
Hello Karen. Our office only has the forms, and does not process passports. You can find the best information at travel.state.gov, along with where to get your pictures taken, the costs, and a locator tool so you can find the closest agency to you that provides passport services.

Hi Alice! The section with our cash registers is open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. You can pick up packages during that time.
Hi Skumar. First, you need to turn in a Change Of Address, either with a paper form available at the post office, or online at usps.com. Then make sure to let the post office know that you've moved and see if they're still holding mail for you there.
Hi Lisa. That's not one of our tracking numbers. Do you have an alternate one?
Call your local post office like yesterday
If you are getting ANY mail at your home address, you'll get it at your home. If you have a Change of Address going from your home address to your PO Box, it'll go to your PO Box.
On Saturdays, the last collection time at the station is 4:15.
You can't change your address to foreign country. If it's an APO, FPO or other US military base, about 2 weeks.
The box lobby is open until 730pm, Mon thru Sat.
An unknown individual broke the door during a spree of vandalism down Pacific Hwy.
Hi Gerald. Right post office! Come into the post office. We replace locks and will hold your mail. The counter staff will give you the details.
No, sorry.
Yes. The PO Box Lobby is open on Saturdays from 6am until 6pm.
No, sorry.
A bad zip code shouldn't keep the package from arriving and a bad zip code might delay it a little bit. Going to the post office and or calling them and maybe even going online might help but most likely it would arrive before they would even get to it
The staff is always super friendly and the delivery person in our neighborhood is fantastic !!!
Well if its 1st class it should take anywhere from 3 to 5days. If Express mail then it will be there next day , and there a fee for Express. 1st class there isn't any fee just whatever postage may cost. So anyway hope it answer your question . And basically it comes down to how you sent whatever it is that's in question . If 1st class it should only take 3 to 5 business days (more like 2 to 3) or Express mail which of course would be there the next day before 3pm.
Pray that this place is not your mail provider. They are pretty much useless.
Most likely not, but if they put a return address on it, it'll be returned to them free of charge.
