I don't know however, it is low income and you get what you pay for. The apartments are nothing I would like to live in.
So far so good living here since about August-September they have security/cops walking the grounds at night. Feel safe with them walking around. They did remodel the apt before we moved in. Just let them know if there's anything needing fixed and theyll have someone come in as fast as they could the ppl working the grounds do an awesome job keeping the place clean as well
