Edit to add: I FINALLY was able to get in touch with a staff member in the leasing office. She was incredibly rude. She refused to give me the office hours, knowingly lied to me, didn't know who the management company is, had no intention of helping resolve the issue at hand...then hung up on me. I decided to walk to the front office so I couldn't be hung up on and of course she was locking the door (because I'm sure she doesn't even know what hours she works) and told me that I shouldn't be bothering anyone over $260. She proceeded to call her boyfriend and completely ignore me. Her attitude was atrocious!! DO BETTER! She wouldn't give me her name so I snapped a quick picture. See below. I would love to be able to give zero stars. My car was towed from a visitor parking place. The towing company said I needed to have a visitor parking permit. There is no signage posted at the complex about visitor permits.... Not to mention, how can I get a visitor permit when the office is closed?! I suppose this is the complexes attempt at glorified theft. It would be great to be able to reach a manager in the office...or any staff member for that matter. As far as I'm concerned, they can pay to have my vehicle towed back to the complex and pay me for my loss wages, time and inconvenience. My car was towed at 3:30. I'm sure they won't answer because they are expecting me to pay for a full day of storage. Unbelievable! Picture of the space I was parked in. It does not state that it is reserved!!

Wish I could give Zero stars and I don’t even rent here. I called the day before to check out a few apartments, couldn’t even get into the place, I called and the lady on the phone just kept saying one minute with nothing. Eventually a random guy came and let us in. Then we got in and couldn’t even find the leasing office. No signs nothing. Just locked doors and nothing around. Everything was gross, trashed and run down everywhere. Glad to not be renting here.

i loved living here
