To be honest im not sure. I joined 6 years ago. I have the Platinum membership and I only remember paying about $20 or $25 to sign up. And once a year it's a little bit more than the 20 or 25 I initially paid. Negotiate the price down, I dont remember those prices at all that you're referring to...

If you have the platinum membership it allows access to all Giant Fitness locations.
Platinum membership is 21.31 after tax monthly. I think once or twice a year there is a $30 maintenance fee. I think only once really, each December. Looked at my payments for last month for this.

The voorhees location has a supervised kids room with toys and stuff. Not sure if it's pay per use or monthly.
