Dr Keller is my doctor for over 30 years. When Emory took over, I almost started looking for another dr. He told me to use the portal to get in direct contact with him and/or his office. Emory's phone system is invasive, impersonal, uncaring and not customer service oriented. Scott Keller is worth putting up with Emory because he's so good. Boo Emory!

Same issues as other reviews. Love Dr. Keller and used to like his office staff. Since being with Emory has gone down hill. Was on the phone for seven minutes listening to long recording . Spoke to person who put me on a "brief hold" which was over three minutes. then was told could not see Dr. Keller simply because the last visit in 2019 was with a different doctor who we choose because it was first available. Representative became argumentative and refused to schedule appointment. Finding another Doc.

Looking to switch Primary Care Physicians. Their lack of clear communication and poor planning for "virtual" routine exams is horrible. Don't know what happened over the last few years, but there is no customer service.The staff is incompetent.
