I love this place! It’s an amazing community. So well-kept. The staff is great from maintenance to the leasing office. They are on top of everything. If you want to see dolphins and manatees on a daily this is the place to be. You could kayak, paddle board and fish. They even have yoga by the water. It’s Super dog friendly and the people that live here are so nice. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I just toured and signed a lease here and Charlie L. was part of the reason why we decided on the property. He was so knowledgeable and kind and helped us through the entire process. We are excited to be residents here and can't thank Charlie enough!

Beautiful apartments, great location, responsive office and maintenance. A little on the pricey side now with all the inflation issues and housing costs, but overall you get a lot for what you pay for here. It's safe, clean, has a beautiful pool and landscaping. Pet friendly, which is a huge plus as so many places don't allow pets. We love living at Waterspointe. Just hope rent inflation doesn't price us out. This is home to us.

DONT RENT HERE. Leasing agent told me specifically they raised rent just because they could and now there are tons of empty apartments. On top of that they say in the lease that if you don’t give 60 day notice then they charge you 3,000 on move out but fail to notify you. Not one letter explaining this, not one phone call. They claim it’s so they can fill the apartment but as I said before they’re all empty anyways. Absolute scam company, leasing agents are unhelpful and the apartment refuses to communicate hoping that you’ll have to pay them 3k for no reason.
