Supposedly open 9am-1pm got there around 11:30am and not a soul in site. Literally could've went in and did whatever I wanted as all the doors are just wide open. Then Supposed to be open again at 6pm. The hours of operation are ridiculous and are in no way customer pick up friendly.

Bunch of Thieves. Stoled my iPhone 13 and placed the empty box in another persons box. I got a call from this tire shop telling me my package was inside their package. Then deliver my package with an empty box.

Drivers do not attempt 2nd delivery of your package instead they drop them off at the access pick up point. And, they don’t even leave you a notice telling you that your package was left somewhere else, I had to call Nestle and asked them where my package was. UPS was no help in getting my product redelivered in a timely manner. UPS is getting LAZY!

I will not be getting my package, which was already delayed by a week, because I was told my address was wrong or incomplete... when in reality the driver failed to realize that if unit A is the closest to the street, the other units are behind it. Customer service allowed me to pick up the package at the local facility where it would arrive later today... after I said only if I could get it today since I'll be leaving town tomorrow. Well, they failed to mention that in addition to this facility's drivers lacking common sense and being geographically challenged, they also close earlier than other locations. I hope amazon drops UPS as a courier. Had an amazon driver done that, their dispatch would call the driver and send them back. Useless. They've also lost thousands of dollars worth of welding equipment belonging to our company's customers. They're becoming worse than the USPS.
