BEWARE: If you apply for these apartments they aren’t even doing the credit check just taking peoples money! I applied here on June 1st and was told the credit check would take 7-10 days now I’m almost at a month with no response from the manager! One thing I don’t like is a thief and that’s what they doing stealing from their ‘applicants.’ I have credit monitoring that will notify me the minute my credit is checked and my credit still to this day haven’t been ran. SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING HERE!

Ive been living here for many years and ive always had problems with things getting done in my apartment until gloria started working here. since shes been here the hole place has gotten alot better and safer. she is always on top of everything here. Ill admit that she is very strict but fair. This neighborhood has gotten way more safer and better to live in since she started working here. The new maintenance guy is also really good. He fixed my sink that was over flooding fast

Worst place to live , the owner doesn’t care about this place he can careless about these apartments , Mercedes the manger is the worst manager to deal with very un professional and rude doesn’t have any means of caring for the residents or there needs or work orders , I have called housing and code enforcement on place the owner is a slumlord. We have been without hot water since Christmas Eve and the owner and Mercedes could careless. Instead of the hot water getting fixed they had the maintenance guy cleaning out a garage. And the owner is too cheap to call a professional out to come and repair the hot water issue

Despite seeing the other bad reviews on here I called to ask about availability. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a new management team taking care of the property and that the old manager Kevin was no longer working there. The new property manager Gloria was extremely caring and helpful in answering all of our questions throughout the application process as well as quick to clarify any misunderstandings we had about it. As a young adult new to all of this, her help was greatly appreciated. For anybody worried about the old reviews on here, I highly recommend that you give them a call or stop by in person. I hope to hear back from them soon because this place is #1 on my list.
