This store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I docked them one star because they treated a promotion that didn't require pre-order as a pre-order bonus, and I had to go in twice to get a staff member who understood that subtlety.

Coming up on 11:30 and they still haven’t opened. Been waiting for 20+ minutes now. Store sign and website says they open at 11:00 on Sundays.

Definitely my favorite GameStop in town. Not bagging on the others by any means, but this location is just better in my opinion. I don't have to fight mall traffic or crowds to get here plus the employees are always extremely helpful and nice 🙂

No they do not
They answer the phone when there isn't anyone wanting to make a purchase or directly ask questions to them. They prioritize customers in the store over phone calls.
