Seems like no one works here. I came knowing what I needed but couldn’t get anyone even after asking 3 people to help me, no one has the key for the products, the manager is no where to be found.

I was greeted immediately upon entry and that was it. I came in looking for a particular item, but was not sure which amongst the brands. I perused the aisle, picked up item after item and read their packaging. At no time, was I offered assistance. No one approached me to check on me or anything. Ultimately, I selected my own product, based solely on my own in-store research. Checking out was as anti-climactic. The cashier exhibited overt boredom. As my friend has said time and time again, customer service IS dead.

Worst customer service in all of Tallahassee. Greeted at the door with a robust hello. Down hill from there. I was just standing around with out notice. Miguel, inventory, acknowledged me and sought help that never came. Young man at desk took off to the back for an item and was gone almost 15 minutes 😳. I'm a senior citizen so I eventually found a chair, sat down, and started this review...shame on you, best buy, worst buy...bye bye 👋

I can tell you 100%, they don't. My husband and I bought a TV yesterday and he asked for the military discount and they do not do it. :(

Your best bet is looking at guitar center if you want pick up today. When Best Buy down sized their music instrument section they eliminated a lot of product. I'm not sure they ever sold these adapters though. My money would be on Guitar Center or any local music business store if you like to shop local. Hope this helps.

This is not a question about Best Buy, but a question about software. To help you out, it would depend on if there is a MS promo for the computer you are purchasing. Microsoft, in particular, MS Office is a licensed program. If you have a current, active license that has not expired, you may be able to transfer that license to a new PC. You may have to get with MS help desk for that. If your license has expired on your old PC, (you should get a pop-up when you open Word or Excel), you wont be able to transfer. Hope this helps.
This is not really a question about best buy but services plans through verizon..and metro which is a sub provider on t mobile. Better talk to them.

If you used a debit/credit card, they can look up your purchase at customer service. If it was cash, you can opt to do a no receipt return if they still sell the item, it must be unopen and you haven't returned more than 2 items in a year span. Lastly, if you have a Best Buy rewards card that was used at the time of purchase, they can look up your purchase history by contact info.
