Very bad customer service. Called and asked about service was given a quote. When I got there I told the young son that I had called earlier and the first the he said was I don’t have time. I wanted to ask him and question only thing he said was can you move your car. I move my car and was waiting to talk to him he can up to my window and said I told you to move your car. I moved my car again waiting to talk to him again he said can you move your car I asked if I could ask him a question he turns around and said I am not gonna deal with you today come back Monday. The shop was better when his father ran it he is not a people person bad service. That is not how it happened and when I called you said you closed at 12. I was there a little after 10 and you was so rude. All the time you kept coming to ask me to move my car you could have answered the question I was trying to ask you but to say I don’t wanna deal with you today is really unprofessional. You are running the neighborhood away from you business.

They did a fantastic job servicing my import. Job was done in a timely manner, I also requested a brake service, rotors pads etc. The owner physically showed me that I still had plenty of 'brake pad' life left and that it wasn't time to change my rotors. How freaking honest is that! I'll definitely be coming back to get service later on down the line!

Just got kicked out from the owner who didn't even turn to look at me. I couldnt even tell them what I wanted done. If you are white please stay away, this person is clearly a racist. Responding to comment below: 1) I was there at 12:30 and your employee told me that the owner was not there and should come back in an hour. I would never go at closing time to any business. 2) I did not enter the repair area. I just learned towards it as I thought you could not hear me, at the time I could not process that you were just ignoring me. Even the other customer at the store was uncomfortable with your behavior. 3) I kindly wanted to ask a question and when I told you "can I ask a question?" You turned around and left. Then I politely asked "do you want me to come back on Monday?" And without turning you said "yes Monday". This is far from asking me to return during business hours as stated in your comment. In any case you may be the best mechanic in town and cudos if you are but such behavior is unacceptable and hopefully will reflect on your business. All the best.
