The Marina del Rey location scammed me really bad. What was supposed to be a $300 job became a $1900 job and then my tire pressure indicator stopped working as I drove off the lot. Claimed they did a $1,000 brake job (which I suddenly needed according to them) in an hour and a half.

Store says it opens at 8. Got here at 7:45 for an oil change. It's now 9:05. Doors are locked. Phone goes unanswered. What a waste of a Saturday morning.

Really like this particular shop. Close to home and close to lots of shopping and restaurants - yet not in an overcrowded area. Costco couple blocks away - Big plus. People nice. Service great. Go the extra mile to help.

Made a 9am appointment and when I arrived nobody was there and the place was locked up. They open at 8am. They had a tire delivery guy show up as well and reached someone at 9:25 who said he was “stuck in traffic” and would be here in 45 min. Total joke.
